From 1st June to 31st September minimum stay are 7 nights. Weeks are distributed the following way: from 1st to 8th, from 8th to 15th, from 16th to 23rd, from 23rd to 30th of every month.
(If you stay less than 7 nights, the total price will be increased by 24,00 €)
(Minimum stay in winter is 3 nights “1st Oct. to 31st May”)
Reservations: 30% as a deposit and 70% at hand-over of keys.
Cancellation of reservations: in advance until up to 1 month exempt from charges.
In advance until up to 2 weeks the charge will be the 50% of the reservation.
In advance until up to 1 week the charge will be the 100% of the reservation.
Rates can be modified without advance notice.
Price including change of bed clothes once every 15 days. (Price extra change 10,00 €)

Price extra bed: 1 night: 14,00 € / 7 nights: 38,00 € / 14 nights: 63,00 € / 1 month: 95,00 €
